Bhagavad Gita is a Sanskrit religious text which is regarded as one of the most important works in the Vedic literature. It is a dialogue between the god Krishna and the warrior Arjuna. Arjuna asks questions about various topics such as the nature of God, the origin of the universe, the role of the human being, and so on, and Krishna answers him.
This app contains all 700 shlokas (or verses) from the Bhagavad Gita with their English translations. The app also includes a commentary by Adi Sankara, the ancient Indian sage, which provides an explanation of the shlokas. The commentary is in the form of a song, and the shlokas are arranged in the same order as they are in the original text.
